Troubleshooting - common issues
1. There may be duplicate emails for you in the system. Is it possible you are trying the wrong one?
- Try using a different email you may have used at the time of signup.
- Try searching your email addresses for your welcome email- be sure to check your spam folder or search your inbox for the phrase:
"One Blog Away"
- Try the "forgot my password" option on the login page with each of your email addresses until you get the right one (Check spam folders if you don't see a reset password email!)
2. If none of your emails work and you have no confirmation emails in your email search (check SPAM folders), it's possible that a typo in your email address has caused the email to bounce.
If this is the case, no worries! We will reset your account for you and get you back on track.
